We are slowly making improvements to our property! The Sound Peace Chamber has a new look. There is a new walkway and bridge near the Arbor.
Recently, Center for Peace board member Ashley King offered to stain and seal the outside of our Peace Sound Chamber. In addition, she paid a few hundred dollars to have a helper familiar with building maintenance to help her. Now we want to share with the broader community our joy and gratitude for this new facelift. Her effort to preserve and tend to our beloved Peace Sound Chamber uplifts the importance of its role in spreading the vibration of peace, love, and healing as one of our ceremonial gathering spaces. Ashley shared that she was moved to provide this gift because, “The Peace Sound Chamber at the Center for Peace was originally built through the vision of Joseph Rael, Beautiful Painted Arrow. His dream of a space for healing, unity, and prayer has touched many lives—including mine. When I saw the Chamber needed care, I felt called to help restore it. It’s more than a structure; it’s a sacred vessel for peace. Helping to revitalize the Chamber was one of my many ways of honoring Joseph’s vision and giving back to a place that has given so much.”
Once again, thank you, Ashley.
